Really disappointed at your closing the store!

I was really frustrated at having made a considerable effort to get to your store. Left work early, fought traffic, eventually got there only to find the store closed for a stock take.

You should do that after hours.

I've lost time at work, can't complete my job this evening, and have to find another time now.
