MULTI FLOR SA PASSING THE BUCK

I bought 23 packs of Multi Flor Vinyl Tiles @ Builders Warehouse. Had it fitted and noticed a colour difference. We went to BW to complain and they said they cant do anything as we already used the product.
I contacted Junior at Multi Flor, very helpful..He arranged for the Director Casper to come and look at my floors. He assured me they will fix my problem and i must tell my wife to relax they ll sort it. I told him Im gay and dont have one. After this all communication stopped. Maybe its the homosexual thing, not sure. Casper never came, I had to phone them to find out whats happening.2 weeks later an agent came to have a look. I had to meet him at BW.So he asked me wheres the tiles. I said @ my house on my floor. So he came to my house, looked at the floor and said he havent seen anything like this before. He said he ll report it to MF. Then went on about driving up and down to Namakwaland and the directors sit behind there desks and just give orders! Today the agent tells me they`ll give me 3 boxes I must collect them in Parow. My bf went off about this and the agent threatened him. I spoke to Casper and he said well its not their problem. I LL NEVER USE THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN
