Eurocrete Paving
Bad Customer Service

I had work done by Eurocrete Paving last year JAN. As mentioned in previous complaints, supervision is and was lacking. Although they were quick to respond within the 1st week after the work was done, to attend to sealing issues. Trying to get them to come out again to look at their work and possible resealing has thus far been fruitless. One is only supposedly resealing after 3 years, but alas my paving needs to be resealed 1 year after the first sealing.

They advertise in the Homemakers Fair, allegedly for the last 10 years already. It would seem that Eurocrete is only interested in getting your money, but your gaurentee on the job done by them seems to be
non-existant. It seems from my experience with them that this is a 1Man Show, run by Derek and derek alone. Who does not respond to emails, telephonic contact is extremely poor and responding to sms's doesnt happen either. Not even after a requested reminder from Derek, to remind him that he still has to come and look. I surely wont recommend Eurocrete, based on their lack of commitment to Customer Service
