False Advertising

As Advertised in a Local Community News Paper, Floors2Go Clearance Sale advertised Glass
Brick at R16.95/m2 inclusive of V.A.T.

When I contacted the supplier to place an order he informed me the price advertised was incorrect.
When I queried this with the Owner/ Manager he became very abrupt and slammed the phone down,
...Saying he is a struggling businessman...

I can understand the fact that it, s a printing error.but not even an apology or an offer of a discount.
