Invalid Charges

We had a blocked drain, called Monster Plumbing, they explained the call out fee (R 95.00 ex / R108.3 inc) to me and said they charge labor p/hour.
When they arrived at our home they lifted up the lid of the outside drain, closed it and said that they are not allowed to work on the Municipal side and left. I was left with a bill of R330.60 (222.30 was for labor)
- quite expensive for the words 'not our problem, call the municipality'.

When the Municipality came they said that unfortunately the problem was on our side of the wall and they are not allowed to work there. I told them about Monster Plumbing and showed them the bill.
Since it was so expensive the first time around (for nothing done) I used another plumbing company, which sorted out the problem.

I paid Monster Plumbing the call out fee but not the labor. but after they kept emailing me and stating that they will charge me R120 p/month I thought why not pay them - my bad reviews will do them much more harm than the R222.30 I paid for nothing.

I am so sick and tired for bad service.
