In December 2012 I order blinds (supply and installation) and fully paid the order.

In January when I made a follow-up I was told that it takes 15-20 days to manufacture the blinds.

I have since been making follow-ups and Nico choose to ignore my messages.

Last week Thursday I made a call to him and we confirmed that installation will be done on Monday, 18 February 2013 at 16:00. This is regardless of my request to have weekend installation as I say in the Vaal and my house is in Silverton in Pretoria.

I had to drive to Pretoria to make arrangements for someone to be at the house the whole day on Monday and needed to pay the person. Yesterday I phoned Nico and the appointment was confirmed. He needed to come back to me and confirm whether the installlation can be done earlier, seeing that there was someone in the house. He did not call but that was not a suprise.

Around 15:20 I called him again to confirm and he tells me the wrong blinds were manufactured and that they will be ready on Thursday for installation over the weekend. He also committed to a 30% refund due to poor service. He claims he sent me an email and I had forwarded him my recent email.
