Failing to communicate professionally

I wanted to open account at cashbuild vosloorus, but take materials from Burgersfort branch, so i made quotes and they faxed them from Vosloorus branch to Burgersfort as they said prices might not be the same and i waited from 13:00 to 16:15 for a return quotes from burgersfort store but they never faxed it.

Technology is urge this days, cant they Implement a system which shows Prices of other branches without doing this long process of faxing and waiting for someone to fax back.
