Still awaiting my estimate

I went into intellibuild offices on the Saturday (9 Feb 2012) and requested and paid for a detailed construction estimate.
Today is the 18th and I have still not received my estimate.
I was originally assured it would take less than 5 days. Upon inquiring on the 5th day, I was told I would receive it the next day. The "next day" came and I received nothing, not even a phone call.
I contacted their offices today (18 Feb) and was promised a phone call but with no indication of when and why my estimate is not ready.
I have still not received the phone call.

I am praying that my estimate has not been forgotten about and that there isn't a last minute attempt of putting together an estimate.
