Poor work performance

Unison plumbing quote on replacing of water pipes from the main inlet to the buildings to supply them with water. and I give him a go ahead pay a deposit and then as he was almost finished pay the rest.
This was done December 2012 and after he left I phoned and report that sum of the ends is
without water and that they must fix a pipe that is fitted wrongly
they did not came back.
January 2013 I phoned them and ask what is going on reply, he forgot.
He say they will go and fix it,
I phone them a gen
he say he was at my place and fixed the pipe still it's not fixed
he say he could not fixed the other points due to there is card boxes in is way
and he is not going to move the boxes I ask him why didn't he tell the domestic worker to move it
he say he can't order her around, then I ask him why didn't he phone me to tell her, so it go on
just full of excuses.
He also want me to pay him another hour to fix his poor work
