Not completing his work

They started in March and only ended the work by July / August 20120. They build over my main water pipe which started to leak slowly under the house. We never notice the leak until I received a water bill of R16, 000. I confronted Graham and he said it is not his mistake. He will pay me R5000 to assist, I am still waiting. I had to move the main pipe and pay my water bill. It all came to R25; 000.They mixed the water temperatures on all the new tabs they installed. (Hot is cold and cold is hot) He said how he must know - sorry but that is their work - why did he do the job. I had to pay extra money to get the plans drawn up after he did the work. This was part of the contract. I had to pay the electrician to come and give me a certificate - they messed up all the wiring and it cost me R5000 extra. He said he will install a fire proof door between the house and garage. We believed him, until the inspector came out and said it is not a fire door. I waiting over 4 weeks for him to fix install the new door. I am still waiting for the plumbing and engineering certificate. The inspector will not sign my place off before he gets these docume
