Visable Roofing - Poor Management

If you ever want your roof fixed/repaired, never use Visable Roofing as the owner is a useless businessman (if you can call him a businessman) who does not keep to his promises. I paid a 50% deposit for our roof to be repaired and confirmed with the owner of the business that he would come through to start the job which would take 5 working days. The job was not done, he kept promising me that they were on their way and never came through. When they did eventually arrive they did not have the required equipment to do the job. I now am out of pocket because he says that the deposit is a security against the cost labour and materials which he incurred... for a job he did not do!!! It is now a month later and I still have a leaking roof.
