After sales servuce

Very bad after-sales service. I have a fridge that needs repair, and I have already made the payment. They need to make a demand from China to get the spare parts. It's already been three months, and nothing has been done yet. The staff never contacted me to let me know if I will get that spare part or not. I think I should throw that fridge away now. I will never buy anything from this company again, as the after-sales service is very disappointing.
