I am a member at Planet Fitness in Rustenburg, and it is an absolute disgrace. The air conditioners are not working, and it has been a week. The staff say they are waiting for head office to send someone out. How pathetic can one head office be, to let a franchise go downhill like that? Every morning I drive past Virgin Active, and it is packed. No wonder they have more members than Planet Fitness. I am really considering moving.
