Turning a simple bathroom renovation into a nightmare

Having contracted Jorge and Holly Laranja in on performing my bathroom renovation (total revamp), I was assured of quality workmanship and a professional service.

Sadly it was the closest I would come to having my dream bathroom - being mere empty promises. Four weeks later, I am left with a mess as none of the tasks are completed and the ones that are halfway done, requires redoing, as it appears that Laravis Construction CC has no knowledge on how to do plumbing, tiling or even how to install a bath successfully.

Tiles are misaligned and covered in excess grout, toilet sewage line is leaking and the Bath and Shower mixers are skew. All these anomalies were pointed out to the Laranja's with them providing verbal commitments that it will be rectified.

With them not arriving on site for the past five days and receiving no response to my attempts of contacting them, I can only presume the worst - this company has taken my money and have no intention of delivering on the contractual agreements.

I can only warn potential clients to be aware of this company and take note of my experience with them.
