Overcharging or window tint and not I forming

I bought a polo from Zeda- avis Car sales, I asked to have my windows tinted and enquired about cost but was never told. The market related cost for smash and grab tinting approx 1200 for a polo but I was charged R3500, 00. If I was told that this was the cost prior to the job being done I would have declined and got another company to do it at a cheaper price. When I called in to query this I was told that this is just the price they charge. No documents for the warranty of the tint or receipt of the job being done was given. This is unacceptable.
