Poor after sales service

These products (flyscreens) are expensive but great to keep mosquitoes and other flying insects out of your house. Unfortunately the aftersales service is pathetic. If you encounter a problem, nobody is prepared to help you or resolve the problem - even if you are prepared to pay for the associated cost. The screen came out of the frame and after two (2) weeks nobody has made an effort to come and look or assist me.
