Good service, advice and help

I had a breakdown at my plating plant and urgently needed parts. I found a supplier on the internet close to me and e mailed them looking for parts. Although it was after hours I got a response shortly. I then visited the supplier and was not only helped promptly but was given good advice with a smile.
