Gallant Stone
When you see the name "Gallant Stone" run away!

We engaged "Gallant Stone" to do the patio floor at our new home under construction (screeding). They had "references" of large assignments which they had "purportedly" completed. Not only did they have to redo their "work" a number of times as they simply could not get it right, they consistently did not adhere to deadlines and did not communicate pro-actively with either the builder or ourselves as the client. Nico's phone was often off as I don't believe he actually knew what to say! One lame excuse followed another. They were given ample time to complete what was, in their terms, a very small job - yet, they simply could not deliver. On the day that my family and I moved into our new home, they were still busy trying to do what they are supposed "experts" in and caused us severe problems with the dust caused by their workers. In addition, the dust was so bad that it affected our 7 month old baby very badly and instead of enjoying our new home and settling in properly, we now had to contend with this. It was a SHOCKING experience and one which I do not wish on my worst enemy.
