Dix Rubble took my money but did not delive

I needed to rent a refuse skip, and found Dix Rubble on the internet [URL Removed] I called them - 083 693 3509, arranged for time and place of delivery of the skip, and was emailed an invoice. I payed, but when the time came, they did not deliver, and have not contacted me.
A week has gone by. I have called them numerous times, they don't answer, so i leave a message. I have sent sms'es, emailed them, but have not heard back from them, or been given and explanation, or been refunded.
