Extremely Bad Customer Service

I called AA Plumbing & Electrical Services on Friday the 10 January 2014 to ask for a quote for a geyser timer. They took my number and said they would pass the message on to the relevant department. I didn't receive any call back.

On Thursday 16 January 2014 I called back to say no one had gotten back to me. The customer service representative Tina told me that the department wasn't yet open for the year and I should call back. I said you obviously are very busy and don't need the business in a very polite tone and then Tina proceeded TO HANG UP ON ME!!!

When I called back to ask her her name and to speak to her manager because I am a potential client, again very politely, SHE HUNG UP THE TELEPHONE A SECOND TIME!!!

Disgusting service!!! If they can treat potential customers like this regarding a quote I wouldn't go near them!
