TERRIBLE service!

Our main switch board was hit by lightning, and we phoned this company to check what was wrong and to fix it. First off, we waited almost two hours for them to arrive while the guy I spoke to said that they will be at my house in half an hour, max. They fixed the problem, and charged us over 7 grand while they advertise "Electrician Centurion offer you an affordable - reputable - fast and efficient electrical service 24/7" for work that didn't even take them 15 minutes to do. We asked the technicians to email us the damage report so we can claim it back from our insurance company. It's now almost a month later, with countless telephone calls to get the damage report, and we STILL have NOT received it! The receptionist interrupted me while I was speaking, and hung up on me before I was finished. I have never had such bad service from a company before. It is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable! I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone!
