Poor workmanship and attitutude

Express Roofing were contracted to fix 2 x gulley's on my roof, which they provided me with a 5 year warranty on, after the rains it was found to be leaking badly (ceiling damaged), I struggled to get Jaco to return my calls/SMS and when I finally got him to honour the warranty, the work carried out was of poor quality, he simply closed the gully with fibreglass material and left it unpainted and very unsightly. When I got home and saw the work I left a message on his cell phone, I am of course still waiting for him to call me back.
