Stephan Venter - excellent brand ambassador!

My Chigo air conditioner was damaged by lighting. I contacted Van Biljoens for repairs. Van Biljoens wasted my time, and provided me with incorrect information - I suspect in an attempt to get me to buy a brand new aircon from them, for about R16 000. I suspect that Van Biljoens receive some kind of incentive from the manufacturer of the brand that they are promoting, so instead of repairing Airconditioners, they persuade customers to buy new Airconditioners at great expense. Stephan Venter is not only extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and very good with returning phone calls, but also the best advertisement that Chigo could ever wish for. Dealing with Stephan must be worth a considerable amount of Chigo's marketing budget, insofar as building the Chigo brand is concerned. I write this compliment to let Chigo head office know that Stephan is worth his weight in gold, and that he is an extremely valuable asset to the company. Stephan, I can't thank you enough - the way you have resolved my problem has impressed me tremendously.
