I ordered a Focusrite Audio Interface from Reggy in March 2013 - I paid a 50% deposit and was told that i would have the piece of equipment 3 days later. I waited 5 weeks for this to arrive. Reggy blamed their supplier.

Thinking that the their supplier was to blame for the first mess, i ordered a Denon Dj Controller in the middle of September. I again paid a deposit of R2750 & they promised to deliver within 3 days. Two weeks later i had to cancel my order because once again their supplier didn't deliver. Reggy then promised to gladly refund me but i've been sending mails for the last 3 days to get him to send proof of payment but all i'm getting is excuses.

I strongly advise anyone not make use of their services.
