Bad after service on renovations on house

Johan van der Merwe did some renovations to my existing home. Our body corporate at that stage required that specific people do the sealing of the roof as they can give 5 year warranty. Johan van der Merwe then said he will not make use of this people as they are too expensive and will give me his 10 year warranty on this. Now after two years this roof leaks every time when it rains, Johan was there several times but only fix the problem temporarily. Now after the previous days rain fall it starts leaking again and he does not want to come and fix it, he said to me he will come and give me a quotation to fix this and got a bad attitude on this.
