Not Accepting Sale Merchandise

The 23rd Nov, I bought 2 Throws on sale getting home i discovered that their DRY CLEAN ONLY, went back on saturday 30th to return them Gladys refused to take them back saying Builders Warehouse does not accept goods on sale and she refused to take them back, the policy on slip does not mention what she says... I do not want them can I pls have a Senoir person to resolve this matter. Gladys needs customer service training plus refresh couse on Store Policy.
