Worst Elektrical Management Company ever VOLTANO

I called there office at 15:00 today to let them know that the power in the main box had tripped. I had to phone them another 3 times just to find out that they haven't sent anybody yet. I had to find the number for the standby elektrician and phone him myself. They only got here now, almost 5 hours later. This is the 3 time this happened.
