Trusted Suppliers Network? What a joke. I have never used you before and won't use you again after my recent experience. Made arrangements with above supplier (Eddie on 0749234479) to quote on a stove and washing machine repair. Discussed his rates and agreed to meet at 10am on Saturday 2nd November. I even received a call on the day to confirm he is on his way. I am still waiting. No phone call nor SMS to offer an explanation. How can I trust this supplier or your company after such poor service? I should have guessed something was amiss when your "latest" news on your website is over 18 months old. I submit a complaint on your website on the 5th November and you don't have the decency to acknowledge or respond? I am warning others about you and your business.
