Not in our hands BUT your money is already!!

Bought a kitchen splash back @ Builders Milnerton which cost over R600. Installed it against the wall & was like that for 4-5 days.
Got home 1 afternoon & it was laying on the floor. On inspection the metal somehow buckled and when putting it against the wall again it was not flush. I then returned & was told the supplier needs 2make a decision to see if Builders will reimburse me or not, SERIOUSLY! That is yours and your suppliers issue - NOT the CUSTOMER Supplier more important! We received a call from Builders on Monday after supplier made the decision saying they are not going to reimburse because we did not follow the instructions on how to fit the splash back.
Are you blady serious, "AT NO POINT WERE WE TOLD ON HOW TO INSTALL IT" How dare they assume the sales consultant advised this. You ASSUME this.
You think you can treat clients like they children. We are young adults fully capable of following instructions if it were PROVIDED. The manager Carl says: I quote: "It is not in our hands (builders) as the supplier made the decision." My MONEY is in your HANDS!
Saying it is not in YOUR HANDS is the most offensive pathetic service reply & attitude of a business.
