COMPANY STARTS SHOUTING AT ME FOR ASKING QUESTION

I contacted Millennium Hardware, to find out about costs involved of purchasing 2, 4metre verandah doors. When I asked wether or not they deliver, and if this delivery is free, I received a sarastic answer from the sales person asking me : 'Since when is delivery free!? '. When I said that I was just asking the question, the man started shouting at me. As far as Im concerned thats poor business etiquette, and extremely bad for business, seeing as I asked the question very nicely and at no stage insinuated that I should have free delivery.
