Please DONT buy JCB Smart Phones or Tough Phones

Bought a JCB Smartphone at Builders Warehouse about 6 months ago thinking it would be the answer because of my line of work, i am a Farmer, i work outdoors. First problem was that the phone charged throughout the night and when i unplugged the charger the battery would last about 1 hour. I took the phone to builders and they sent it to jcb and 5 weeks later i had my phone with no cost.
About two weeks ago i was working outside on a ladder on the side of the roof and the phone fell from my pocket on the sement paving. The inside of the screen was cracked and the outside cover screen was still intact. I again took it to builders and they sent it in again, they phone me today and said it will cost me R760 rand to repair, i paid R4500 for the phone i am not paying another sent. I thought it was under a warranty. I want my money back i am very upset cause the tough phone is not so tough.
