I called the Hans Grohe Cape Town technical service office number at about 13:15 today. Before 14:00, a technician called to confirm whether someone will be at home to allow access and arrived within 20 minutes. He fixed the technical fault in 5 minutes and the tap now works perfectly. There was no charge as the 5 year old product carries a 15 year warranty. What a pleasure!
