Ab- flooring doesnt care about customer service

I had the misfortune of dealing with Abcon last year to re-do my solid wooden flooring. Phillip promised the high levels of quality and prided his business, but their work and attitude toward existing and past customers is really disappointing.

just over a year, and the wooden strips are already starting to sink. I have been trying to call Phillip for the past three weeks with no success. I have even dropped an email.

it has been difficult to deal with them from the beginning. it seems as though customer service is not on their list.

the quality of his workmanship is poor and his attitude just as bad.
