07:00-Logged a call with Loe, 0723883953, and explain the situation and he guarantee that he will send someone out, 2 geysers not working and getting visitors.
12:00 - follow up because nobody attended to problem and again assurance were given that someone will come and repair.
17:00 - follow up again and realise that they are not going to come. Make alternative arrangement because of visitors arriving. Find other accommodation for the people.
22:00 - Receive a call. "Do they still need to come and they will be defiantly be there first thing in the morning".
08:00 - next day. Nothing - no response. I have decided to call another electrician.
