Poor Client Interaction/ Bad attitude/ Unhelpfull

Good Day
I went to the above branch today (2nd November) at Builders Warehouse to purchase some new bathroom products. The lady (Black) that serves customers in the Tiolet/Bath Tubs/Basins sections has a bad attitude. Its is as if I am wasting her time. She even had the cheek to tell me that " That I am taking to long to decide what I want so she is going to help other customers", but I was the only customer in that section? The reason for me being undecided is that some items that I requested from her that I wanted to purchase (example mirrors), she responds by saying it is sold out. How can you display an item which a client is only to happy to purchase only to be disappointed by the staff stating that it has been sold out.? If you ask her question she will walk away with out even responding to you question. She is so unhelpfull. When I tried to report this to a Lady (Indian) who was standing a the front of tills directing customers, she was even more unhelpfull. Its was like she did'nt even care. This level of service is just terrible and I will not being buying at this store agian unless the service levels improve substantially!!
