Haven't been paid in full

I advertised my boat on gumtree, Peters Watersports wanted to get it onto his floor. I agreed - we discussed expected figures - he stated no problem (Nov 2012). I was anxious to sell, became frustrated and told him that I wanted to take the boat to another dealer. He begged for more time and said he would sell it. A buyer came along (4th Dec). Peters Watersports contacted me to request I drop my price by R20k as he needed to give a guarantee on motor. I agreed to drop by R20k. An agreement was signed and I dropped off all documentation (10th Dec) including logbook. I was told that the amount would be deposited by 14th Dec - NOT. After more calls I received a dep notification (21st Dec) guess what - 50%. More phone calls till 27th Dec to be told there was a problem could I go half on a small motor repair cost. (even after dropping R20k). We had words and asked that he at least pay R30-R40K in the meantime. He agreed - NOTHING by 6th of Jan. Met on 10th, promised again - NOTHING. Gave an ultimatum to pay the balance in full or get boat back. He then paid R30k. I would sincerely appreciate being paid in full as per agreement
