Please be aware of this company Broadway Civils - we paid the 30% site Establishment and they came and did the Establishment and the primer layer and road markings. Mike then requested the further 50% progress payment on the 9th of January 2014 to purchase the tar to do the necessary works. He was suppose to commence the work on Monday the 13th of Janaury and to date we cannot get hold of him or locate him. The address on the invoice is false and no one around there has seen his vehicle or know of him. Do not use Broadway Civils for any works Mike is a artist.
