From the start there was no real commitment from the supplier. I got the idea that the job was to small for them to be interested. Well I placed order and paid 70% deposit as required on 1 October. Charmaine confirmed that work can start on 14 October. I phoned her again during the week ending 11 October to confirm which Charmaine did but she requested to only start on 15 October. On Monday 14 October I received a mail saying that they wont be able to start since the supplier in Cape town has not sent her the product but they will do so before Friday 18 October and they will still be able to finish the work on the same day which meant that I was quoted for a 5 day job that can be completed in two days. After questioning her on this and confronting her about the commitments made she decided to walk away from the contract.
