Bad attitude and rude

Mr Silva does not answer calls when I call from my cell phone or reply to any of my sms's but he did answer when I phoned him from home.

And his attitude is just getting worse he will not come and sort out the problems that I am having with the plumbing. I had to call a plumber to come and sort out my jacuzzi as the water does not run out anymore.

He reckons that he was just the contractor and its not his problem. Well I contracted him and not the plumber whom I had never even seen in my life before. Also I did not pay the plumber Silva quoted me and I paid him.

So I dont see how its not his problem.. Seriously even anyone decides to contract dont say that you were not warned. Grace
