Shocking Service!

Deposits were paid, months of excuses, delays and broken promises ensued, even tears on the phone from Mr Hoekstra. My services were finally delivered, however I wish he hadn't bothered, a front door was installed that can only be described as comical, an extremely poor quality product and an even poorer installation.

Mr Hoekstra offered to replace the door and install a product according to my specification. Weeks of the usual delays and stories followed, Mr Hoekstra finally admitting that he could not deliver. A refund was demanded, he promised to pay one, to date I have only received 50% of my money back. Thus, I am out of pocket, I have a front door made out of a tomato box and I am extremely frustrated having ever dealt with this man.
