Lack of Customer Service

Our Hospitality property got our Tennis court resurfaced by Tenecon approximately two years ago. The surfacing recently started showing signs of wear and tear and some holes developed. I send a request to Tenecon to quote us on sending a representative to come and fix the problem on the 2nd of August, and then again on the 9th of September. If we leave these small problem areas they will allow moisture to enter with the pending wet season and turn into a huge problem! I even requested that we will attempt to fix it ourselves if they will provide some instruction. No response whatsoever! The investment with resurfacing is substantial and this is their after sales support, shocking!!
