Tim Comyn is a

We contracted with Tim Comyn (under the company name Revamp-A-Court cc) in September 2013 in order for our tennis court to be resurfaced. After paying a substantial deposit (ZAR23, 500), the job was never completed. The job was meant to take 5 days and ended up never being completed, with excuse after excuse from Tim. When he did have workers on site, he was never present, and there were many days where he would just leave them on our property with absolutely no material to work with. The work that was done was at a very poor standard - the court was covered in black oxide marks, and the colour horrible and streaky due to him mixing the paint with water in order to try and save himself costs.

Almost two months after our first meeting, Tim came by to inspect the court with me and assured me that he would fix all the problems and get the job done - I have not heard a word from him since. I have sent him numerous mails and left voice messages with no response. I then cancelled the contract and demanded a refund - needless to say I have not heard a peep nor received a cent.

Tim Comyn is a theif and a - I do hope that this post will help other people not be fooled by him.
