Our roof is now sagging and I am told it would need to be replaced. We were never told or given a certificate for the sliding door and cannot get our plans final approval due to having no glazing certificate and the roofing certificate. The shower floor had to be ripped up and replaced as it continuously leaked yet Gary Maree had been there numerous times after he installed it and did not fix it. The bath was installed the wrong way around. One of the outside walls are only single not double as per building standards. I would be happy to supply anyone with photographs of his shoddy work as well as how our roof looked when he called it completed as well as proof of invoices from the subsequent people we had to PAY to fix all the problems. HE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE CALLED A BUILDER OR PLUMBER. The building was started the beginning of 2011 and we still having to keep on calling in other contractor to sort out the problems.
