Pikitup rubbish bin and poor workmanship

Please be weary of these folks. Work was not always carried out as per instruction and some of the tiling was *really* poor. My wife even received calls from a worker that mentioned that he had not been paid by Regardt Kotze.

He even removed a rubbish bin from the complex that I now need to replace. I hope I do not need to lay a charge of.
