Union Tiles
Not surprising 'Company who doesn't respond'

How is this one? Bought tiles from Union Tiles on return to office I realised tiles given, were the wrong tiles. Went back and as there were no tiles required in stock, I request a 'Refund'!! I was charged a HANDLING FEE of R 45.95? I would love to know how the, 'YOU KNOW WHAT', do you do business without handling your products? Food for thought hey, or quite a money making racket. Truworths, Woolworths, Pick n Pay, companies such as these don't charge 'Handling Charges' and I tend to wonder are you permitted to charge 'Handling Fee's'. (Guess it's in your small print somewhere) So, as you do not respond to Hello Peter, I guess I will never know the answer to my question, hmmm, maybe I pose my question in the Media.
