I went to Desais Hardware on the 24th Aug to order bricks called gramhstown brick wich i was asked for a sample. The next day I provided them with a sample and a price was given and paid for the the bricks cash and was told the delivery wil take place the Monday 2013 before 12pm.i followup about 10am today and was told the truck is loaded with bricks and will leave soon.which i communicate with my builders to be onsite when the bricks arrived. At 11: 45 i received a missed call from the sales/casher lady and phone back just to find out that the brick i want cost more then what i paid, i was ask to come and have a look (all the way from work) which cost me time and money. I went there and Abdula the manager told me he will make a plan to deilver a similir brick for that amount paid and will contact me with the next half an hour, A hour went passed and i called back about 4 times no answer.i got hold of the sales lady only to tell me i must come and get a refund thier cant supply me with that bricks, all my driving up and down for bad services and empty promises, and the builders time was wasted.the boss dont even want to answer my calls.
