Biaton Paving Bricks
Bricks Delevered not complete

On the 29.07.2013 i have purchased 3000 stock bricks at Biaton Paving Bricks then on the thursday 01.08.2013 they delevered the brickcs but it was not complete they have delevered 6 packets instead of 8 packets and each packet according to them contains 375 bricks so 6x375=2250 so basically 750 short when i phone them the lady said she will phone me she is very busy then i phoned after and hour she didnt pickup my call i phoned again after 30min some one pick up and say the lady is busy then finally i phoned she picked up the phone and said they delevered 8 packets and she said to be "you blacks thinks you are Clever " and hang up on me i phoned again she said she is busy she will ask someone to phone me then after 15min the black lady phoned me telling me the very same story but she will phone me back but still she never phone me i dont know what to do because when i phone they are shouting at me and i dont know why the lady involved RACE on this matter!!!
