Outstanding Service

I would like to formally advise your company of the outstanding service I received on Thursday and again on Friday from Joannes. We have quite a complicated problem relating to our pipes to a large koi pond. He and his helper (on Thursday it was Beki, Friday - I unfortunately don't know the guys name) systematically worked on the problem and did not 'give up' when nothing was working. Johannes became convinced that a one-way valve was causing the problem and, miraculously, located the exact spot where the valve was. This meant there was minimal digging. It was a huge relief for me and I can now repair the pipe. A very big thank you! (Invoice reference JH181602, JH181608)
