Always delaying final delivery

I Rudi Underhay purchased build in cupboards worth R35 000 on the 18th of July 2013, paid more than 90% of the required payment the cupboards were installed on the 2 August, the installation of the cupboards were not finished, left for the whole weekend, finished on the monday the 5Th August, the final touch ups are not complete yet and we are still waiting for 2 cupboards, for more than a week, due to the delay we are unable to let the granite tops be installed and it is costing us extra money.
I would just want to state that I'm extremely dissapointed in the company and there employees who is making empty promises.
I would never recommend them to anyone and just want to enquire who is going to pay for the extra expenses.
