Ivan came out to do an installation on our steam room and jacuzzi both of which no longer work, when I rang to complain he wasn't going to do anything about it, it wasn't his problem, I urge anyone looking to get repairs or installations done to stay well away. Ivan the owner is rude, unpleasant, disgraceful and has no concern for his customers, you will be so disappointed with any work he does and have no recourse.
